Bowmore
An Islay Single Malt Whisky, Islay was the centre of a Norse Kingdom where the MacDonald Lords of the Isles vowed allegiance to the Kings of Norway and later to the Scots Crown. In 1493, Islay was integrated into the Kingdom of Scotland and was handed over to the Campbells of Cawdor in 1615.

Glen Moray
Glen Moray Single Malt Whisky has been distilled on the banks of the River Lossie in the city of Elgin, the capital of Speyside, since 1897 by a small dedicated team of craftsmen. In over a century of distilling at Glen Moray, much has changed, however the ingredients, processes and skills of those responsible for producing Glen Moray remain constant.

Old Pulteney
Established in 1826 in Wick, Pulteney Distillery is the most northerly distillery on the Scottish mainland and at that time was only accessible by sea. The barley was brought in by sea, the whisky shipped out by boat and many of the distillery workers were also employed as fishermen.

Highland Park
The abiding care and attention, the hallmark of Highland Park production, manifests itself in the distinctive aromatic, full-bodied floral sweetness of the whisky. Highland Park’s incomparable balance comes from a tension between the aromatic Orkney peat and the sweetness of oak casks seasoned with Oloroso sherry.

Ardbeg 10 Year Old
It is, perhaps, the most peaty malt whisky in the world - certainly of all the Islay malts. Not to mention beautifully balanced, complex and deep.

Deanston 1996 Signatory
Bottled by Signatory Vintage. Matured in a refill sherry butt and bottled at 43%. Limited to 867 bottles. Deanston is a pale, distinctive malt, distilled from unpeated malted barley. It is exceptionally easy-to-drink and is regarded as a perfect expression of a Perthshire Highland Malt.

Strathisla 12 Year old Old
The oldest distillery in the north of Scotland. In the 13th century Dominican monks used a spring nearby to provide water for the brewing of beer. The same water with a touch of calcium hardness and scarcely any peat character has been used in the distillation of whisky since at least 1786.

The Glenlivet
The only whisky allowed to call itself "The Glenlivet" is historically the most famous Speyside malt. Originally distilled by George & J.G. Smith, the father and son who founded the distillery.

Fettercairn
Fettercairn, established in 1824, is described as Scotland's second-oldest licensed distillery. All the signs of antiquity are there - the mellow courtyard, the long and low warehouses, with the casks of maturing whisky stacked three high on wooden rails.

Tamnavulin
Tamnavulin Speyside takes its name from Tomnavoulin, which in Gaelic means "mill on the hill". The distillery sits on the banks of Allt a Choire - "The stream of the corrie" - a tributary of the great River Livet.

Deanston 12
Deanston Distillery is situated outside the town of Doune, Perthshire, and lies on the banks of the River Teith, which rises in the nearby mountains of the Trossachs. As such its origins lie in the historic centre of Scotland, close to Stirling Castle, the Wallace Monument and Bannockburn.

Aberlour
From the snowy slopes of Ben Rinnes crystal clear spring water feeds the Lour Burn via tumbling falls and ancient wooded glades. The Lour makes it's timeless way to the Aberlour Distillery and pours it's heart into the River Spey.

Tomatin
Illicit stills are part of the history of whisky distilling in Scotland, and were widely used in the local hills around Tomatin. As a distilling site, illicit or otherwise, Tomatin goes back to the 15th Century when drovers – men who ‘drove’ their cattle to market over high mountain passes – would fill up their whisky flasks from a still alongside the Old Laird’s House.
