Here you see our staff in their "casual" clothes taken during March 2007 (unfortunately two of the girls were not avaliable when the photo was taken but we have got them in the pic anyway).  Normally when on duty the girls wear a smart black outfit with our logo discreetly displayed.  Anyway, inset on the left is Karrena, then Janet (the manageress), Cheryl is next and then Becky.  Anne is on the right followed by an inset of Brenda.  At the very front is Irene, who is possibly the most important member of our staff - She is always first in to make sure that all is clean, neat and tidy and ready for our customers!

The pic below shows the "beer train" travelling over the sign that we proudly display indicating that we were voted as a finalist (in second place) as Community Pub of The Year by the Scottish Licenced Trade News.  This train is Ian's personal toy (Ian being the owner) and it makes a regular journey along the length of the bar and back again.  It has even been said that this is the only train in Scotland that is never late.  By the way, there are a number of different engines in the shed, including a big red General Electric diesel which can sometimes be seen on the line.
